Ingredients
  • 1. Mint Leaves-4-5

    2. Jaggery/Brown Sugar- To Taste

    3. Honey/mishri as an additive for health- as needed

    4. Bel Fruit-1

    5. Water-1 or 2 glasses

    6. Lemon- half

How to Prepare
  • 1. Extract the core of the Bel fruit and add a cup of water to this in a bowl.

    2. Mash the fruit and squeeze out the seeds.

    3. Strain the water out from the pulp.

    4. Now take a few mint leaves, crush them.

    5. Add mint and lemon juice to a glass.

    6. To this, add strained juice and mix it well.

    7. This can be sweetened as per your taste.
