World Mental Health Day is observed on 10 October every year. Initiated by the World Federation for Mental Health in 1992, this day serves as a reminder of the significance of mental well-being.

As the world acknowledges mental health's importance, it's important to shed light on a pressing issue that affects a lot of Indian kids - Eating Disorders. In fact, it is estimated that 1 in 20 teenagers in India suffers from an eating disorder.
What Are The Warning Signs Of Eating Disorders In Children?
Eating disorders have become a significant concern, not just in India but globally. Recent studies indicate a worrying trend where children as young as six are grappling with disorders like anorexia nervosa, bulimia, and binge eating.
In India, this problem has seen a spike, with a 30% increase in reported cases in the last decade alone.
