Toddlers must be fed healthy food in order to grow well and stay healthy. They fall sick only when there is a change in their food diet. You always need to make sure to feed nourishment rich foods. If you want your toddler to be active, smart, growing and happy, feed them healthy foods. Since toddlers' stomach is too small, you should feed them less amount of food and at different interval of time. They should be fed often to obtain the required amount of energy to be active.
To start with, breakfast is the most essential meal for a toddler as it helps them to grow stronger and healthier. You need to provide your toddler with six meals a day, spilt this up into three main meals and three snacks. Make sure that every meal you serve your toddlers consists of essential proteins, vitamins and carbohydrates. Make your toddlers food friendly. They should love to eat and not resist and rebel. To achieve this you need to provide them with tasty food and healthy too.

Eggs
Eggs are very nutritive and healthy foods to be included in toddlers diet. You can make a variety of dishes with eggs. Toddlers would get bored with the routine boiled eggs, so feed them with different varieties and they would love to eat well.

Snacks
Fresh and homemade snacks are the healthy food toddlers must be fed. Never opt for packed snacks, they are unhealthy and indigestible. Is it always advisable to prepare healthy snacks which helps in the growth of sick toddlers.

Fruit Salad

Boiled Food

Cookies with milk
Dinner must be light because it's the time for them to sleep. If you feed them with heavy dinner it might not digest as they do not get enough time between dinner and sleep. So feed them with cookies and milk.

Protein rich food
Protein is most important in the growth of a toddler. You can feed them cheese and yogurt which are rich in protein. You can chop the cheese into small pieces and add it into the meals. Also provide them pudding and ice-cream which are rich in calcium.

Meat
If you are a non vegetarian you can feed your toddler with fish, beef and chicken. Always provide them baked and broiled meat, avoid the fried ones. Cut the meat into small pieces for easy digestion.
