Knowing that you are becoming a mother is one of the most special feelings on earth. You may also prepare yourself during the days of pregnancy to welcome the new born. However, moms-to-be may have several doubts arising in their minds regarding pregnancy and labour and back pain is one among them. Women experience pain in various parts of the body during labour and it depends on the baby's position.

Back labour is a term that is used when the maximum discomfort and pain of labour occurs on the lower back. Back labour is said to happen when the baby changes its position while entering the birth canal. This may not be the case always. Labour differs from woman to woman and some women experience excessive pain in their lower back compared to others. The condition is not anything unnatural or dangerous. However, the pain in the lower back can cause too much of discomfort to the mother and one of the best ways is to encourage the baby to change positions which will ease back pain labour.
