One of the most common craves of a pregnant woman is the urge to consume unhealthy fast food. It is a common and natural urge that most pregnant women love to feed their foetus with fried noodles and juicy hamburgers. But these types of fast foods is not good for the growing foetus as it can hamper the brain development. During pregnancy, most women indulge themselves to a little bit of an unhealthy diet chart. This indeed is not good for the growing child inside your womb.
There are certain types of fast foods which should pregnant women should avoid at ll cost. These fast foods which are listed below are not at all good for the growing baby.

These fast foods contain a high amount of calories which will only add to the weight gain in your pregnancy. Pregnant women should also avoid these fast foods so that their foetus does not feed on preservatives and other sweeteners present in the fast food.

Doughnuts
They are every lady's favourite on the fast food list. Doughnuts have artificial preservatives added to it which is not good for pregnant women. If you have a pregnancy craving towards doughnuts you can swipe it with a jelly bun.

Fried Noodles
They contain a lot of calories on one serving. Indulging on a plate of fried noodles will make you put on a lot of weight. During pregnancy, women need to pay attention to their weight and not gain more than the normal weight.

Pasta
This is considered to be the cherry on the cake when it comes to dealing with pregnancy cravings. Most pregnant women get a craving towards yummy pasta. However, pasta is not a fast food and should be avoided during pregnancy.

French Fries
Any fried items is not good for pregnant women to consume during pregnancy. French fries have a lot of oil present in it which in turn will result to excessive nauseousness. This is one fast food to avoid during pregnancy.

Burgers
Another fast food to avoid during pregnancy is burgers. Yes, we know that the juicy hamburgers are so tempting and irresistible. However, this fast food is a complete no at the time of pregnancy.

Potato Wedges
They have around 280 calories present in each serving. This amount of calories will result in weight gain during pregnancy and thus will make labour to be all the more difficult. Therefore, it is best to avoid this fast food during pregnancy.

Barbecue Rolls
Anything to do with barbecue can be tempting especially if you are having a pregnancy craving towards this fast food. This food is not good for the growing foetus as it can result to over weight of the baby.

Pizza
Pizza toppings is the worst ingredients which is not good for the growing foetus. There are some pizza toppings which might break out an allergic reaction and thus it will affect the foetus.

Pies
One of the fast foods to avoid during pregnancy is pies. It is pies which seem to be irresistible to pregnant women and the flavours which are attractive is also dangerous as one tends to over eat.

Nachos
The nachos and cheese dip is one of the worst fast food one should avoid during pregnancy. Nachos are deep fried and thus contains a lot of calories which is turn will make you bloat when pregnant.
