Childbirth is easy and safe if the delivery process in natural (vaginal delivery) and not a Caesarean section. Even the doctors say that it is the best way for the mother to get back to her original personality. It is the ancient techniques and is still believed and proved to be the best way to give birth.
The only issue with respect to normal delivery is the labor pain. If the pelvic region is not flexible enough, the delivery process takes time and causes a lot of suffering. 1. Swimming – This is the easiest and beneficial exercise. When pregnant women get into water, their body weight is reduced and helps them stretch and workout with ease. Swimming provides entire body to workout without any stress. Since the body works against the water, it is more effective. Also it builds confidence and strength to deal with the baby delivery without any worry. The woman can talk to other pregnant ladies attending swimming classes and know certain unknown tips from them.

2. Walking – The easiest exercise for the entire body. The fat that to be mothers consume for the developing baby's nutrition may settle into the fat cells and result in bloating. It is extremely difficult for obese woman during delivery as the body is under tremendous pressure. Walking tones muscles, improves the respiration rate and heart health. It also helps women get sleep during the time.

3. Aerobics – Squatting, sit-ups, lifting and jumping will stretch the pelvic muscles. Squats help women get a strong core. Prepares women to bear the pain and provides good stamina. Kegel exercises are best exercises for easy delivery.

4. Relaxation Techniques – For a stress free baby delivery, relaxation plays a major role. If deep breathing exercises take care of lungs. Also prevent swelling of the cervix.
