2. Eating whole, natural and unprocessed foods in small amounts will be the correct way. These foods need to be eaten in small proportions in equal intervals. Avoid eating foods weighing upto 1000 – 1500 calories in one shot.

3. Including more than half amount of water in your small meals will reduce your intake as well as improve metabolism. Fruit juice, herb teas are laso good substitutes.

Exercise To Avoid Loose Skin

1. There are resistance exercises to avoid skin sagging. Resistance training builds muscle below the sagging stomach. With gradual loss of tummy fat, the muscle takes the empty space without allowing the skin to sag. Simple stretches and trunk exercises will avoid the loose skin and conditions the lower half.
