Understand her emotions and tell her that everything is fine and you will be with her at any time. Give the same preaching to all the people who commonly visit her (relatives or friends).

Sleep well: Women lacks sleep during the third trimester as the baby moves frequently. So, sleep when the baby sleeps. Avoid eating heavy food before three hours of your daily nap.

Move your body: Exercise is the best treatment for mood swings. Ask your doctor about the best exercise that fits your body and work out everyday atleast for 30minutes. Many doctors also advise yoga. It relaxes your body and mind.

Pamper yourself: Pamper yourself with the best goodies. Get some hot maternity clothes and look trendy and in style mom to be. Go for a body massage or do anything that reduces your depression. Go for vacation with your partner to the nearby-secluded area for that cuddling you always longed for. Move out with your friends to a party. Do not restrain yourself inside the four walls. However do not overstrain yourself with lot of outings.

Read the Holy Scriptures: refrain from stress and anxiety by reading the Holy Scriptures. Read books that will uplift your thinking and stable your emotions. Do not even touch the books that will make you brood on any unwanted topics. So, go and grab a good book from the nearby stall and start meditating on something that is worth thinking about.
