Have you heard about a vegan diet? The concept of vegan is quite old, which is gaining its popularity in the 21st century. Vegan diets are considerably rich in dietary fibres, magnesium, folic acid, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B12, zinc, and calcium.

The term "vegan" was coined in 1944 by Donald Waston when he also co-founded the vegan society in England.
Veganism is a practice of abstaining from the use of animal products, especially on diet and it also follows the philosophy which rejects the commodity status of animals.

A person may suffer from dairy allergy due to protein intolerance or lactose intolerance, mostly found in dairy products.
This allergy occurs because the immune system identifies proteins and lactose to be harmful to the body, which results in the production of antibodies in the body.
When these proteins come in contact with antibodies allergies can occur. Mostly, children suffer from the dairy allergy, as the body is allergic to both the proteins found in milk and all other dairy products.
