Best Books For Kids As Per Age- Part II

By Priya Vempati

30 Months - 48 Months

This is a great phase for bonding and exploring the world around them. They grasp everything you tell them. This is the time to read, read and read to your children. They build vocabulary during this phase and reading really helps them pick up English faster. This is also a great time to introduce the alphabet of a different language if you are bilingual. Buying a chart of the second language alphabet and getting them familiar with the new alphabet worked for me. They might even surprise them by reading around 40 months, but I suggest continuing to read to them since they are still learning the phonics of letters and reading them correctly gets easier with listening.
