When The Pranks Of Kids Make You Worried

Children are more active than an adult. Babies tend to become hyperactive during this age and become very curious to poke their noses at the most unexpected places in your home. Many parents are afraid of holidays as they may need several eyes and hands to keep watch on their children. It is quite natural for a child to be a bit naughty and over enthusiastic. Pranks of children are always headache to parents. Control the prank of your children only if he/she goes to the extend of injuries or destruction of anything. Pranks or hyper activeness is the sign that your child is on the right track of healthy growth. But if he/ develops a violent or indisciplined behaviour, you should take behaviour mending measures.
Play, indiscipline, pranks... All these are accessories of childhood. Most parents want their child to behave like a matured adult. But it is the inquisitiveness in games and the curiosity to learn serves as the key to growth. Children engaged in rough games have always the risk of injuries. There are children who becomes violent during the play. They can get hurt in most baby-proofed homes too and no toys seem to keep their attention longer than a few minutes. They are so enthusiastic to learn about everything and have such a short attention span that they cannot just keep still. All these are natural to childhood; but if he/she, even after a particular age continues to be indisciplined, they should be put through disciplinary ways.
Many parents think that physical punishment, such as spanking, becomes unavoidable and a must to stop rough activities of a child. Experts say that physical punishments can make your child stop a certain behavior but do not teach him to correct or change it. There are number of applicable ways to make your child calm and quite. Restrictions are not the fitting method to teach your child anything. Forbidden territories make babies more curious. So, if they want to make mess in the kitchen, put them in a tub with lots of whipped cream to play with and enjoy. Diverting the attention of child from naughty activities to learning or disciplinary exercises is the most effective way.
Naughty children keep the house always noisy and active. But if they go beyond the limit and if their activities become nuisance to family members and neighbors, then they should be controlled. But the prank or rough play of children should not be seen as a behavioural defect or disability. Never loose control and shout at your children when they act rough or violent. If you lose your cool, how can you expect your child to learn to exercise control in his behavior? Once you"ve lost control, it is hard to get it back, and it is harder to keep your child"s respect. Keep in mind that different children will respond and behave in different ways. While one child may be characteristically quiet and mild-mannered, another child may be willful by nature.
Discipline
is
not
commanding
or
punishing
your
child,
but
it
is
teaching
your
child
a
behavior
lesson.
Help
them
to
learn
from
their
mistakes,
and
be
sure
to
praise
them
when
they
avoid
the
unwanted
behavior.
You
want
to
reinforce
the
good
things
they
do.
As
you
manage
your
responses
to
them,
they
should
learn
to
manage
her
own
behavior
in
a
more
acceptable
manner.
Find
time
to
play
with
them
and
read
for
them.
While
playing
with
them
you
have
a
lot
of
opportunities
to
discipline
them.
When
you
read
books
for
your
children
include
stories
or
songs
that
may
help
them
to
learn
to
be
quite
calm.
With a stable environment, consistent expectations and discipline, appropriate interventions as needed and lots of patience on your part, you can help your child learn to control his/her behaviour. There are a lot of healthy way of disciplining your child and teach them to avoid aggressive or prank behaviour. The most important is to learn your child and have a bond with your child. If he/she feels that his behaviour makes his/her loving parents worried, they will, for sure avoid all the naughty deeds and will turn to your cute little ones.
