Does Coffee Kill Male Fertility?
A new study claims that excessive coffee consumption isn't really a good thing for men. It is said to affect men's fertility. A study claims that men who have the habit of drinking more than 3 cups of coffee have fewer chances of success even through IVF method.

Men who don't drink coffee are said to have 50% more chances of fertility success. This study claims that caffeine seems to impact sperm at microscopic levels.

How much is too much? Men who generally drink more than 250 mg of caffeine a day may have fewer chances of becoming a father according to this study.

Current studies claim that men may need to control their caffeine intake during the period in which they wish to try fatherhood.

Though moderate amounts of caffeine relieves stress and may be good, excessive consumption may affect fertility drastically. The study was conducted on more than a hundred men who were around 35-37 years of age.

Also, health experts suggest exercise and good food habits along with reduced consumption of caffeine to make fertility possible.
