However, as per experts, you should not use essential oil during the first trimester of the baby's development, but you can use it in the second trimester.

digestion

choose

ginger,
peppermint
or
fennel
essential
oil.
However, you will need to tolerate the essential oil on the tongue, as it will relieve nausea. One more idea to use peppermint essential oil is, it can be added to milk (2-3 drops) and consumed on alternate days.

You can mix 2 drops of the blend of the essential oils for pregnant moms of clary sage, lavender, bergamot, Roman chamomile, cedarwood, ylang-ylang, fennel, carrot seed, geranium, palmarosa and vitex in 1 tablespoon of a carrier oil.
Then, massage with this mixture on your hips and massage your bottom of the feet and abdomen. This will allow enhancing the uterine contraction.
