What's The Right Age To Get Pregnant? Here Is What Experts Say

With changing times and lifestyles, many things change. Women are marrying late today. Some of them are worried about the right age to get pregnant.
Health experts say that marriage can be a matter of convenience but when it comes to pregnancy, both the male and female bodies lose their reproductive abilities gradually as they age. So, what is the healthiest age to get pregnant?

Before going into what the doctors say, let us take a look at what other things matter in pregnancy. Generally, both men and women are healthier and in their best when they are between 20 and 25 years. They are more energetic physically and they can take care of the baby well at that age if they have children.
But that is not an age where you have enough of life experience, maturity and financial freedom. So, this is why some couples consciously take the decision to wait till they are properly settled in life.

On the other side, after crossing 30 or 40, you tend to be financially settled but it would be tougher to get pregnant as your body's reproductive abilities tend to wane a bit as you start ageing.
Keeping all these factors in mind, a research was conducted and the results conclude that the best age for a woman to get pregnant would be around the age of 29 years.
