Stand by her and talk to her about her concerns. Getting pregnant is important, but to make her have a happy pregnancy is more important.

Read medical books on pregnancy.
Be positive: Every woman has to go through the process of pregnancy and delivery if they want a child to share their life. Understand that there are millions of women who had experienced pregnancy safely, including your mother. Just try to shorten the process of delivery as a pain experience for just one day and avoid worrying about it all the time.
Belief and faith: The best thing that will keep you positive is the belief you will go through all the stages of pregnancy safely. But, since this has a mental or emotional factor, the process is not that easy as said. You have to be patient and should be able to try different methods to find the best that will work.
