Getting your tubes tied is a casual language used by most women to refer to the process of tubal ligation. It is an almost permanent process of contraception that is used commonly by women. Like all other procedures, getting your tubes tied comes with its pros and cons. If you are wondering what kind of contraceptive method to choose, then maybe you would want to know about this process in detail.
Getting your tubed tied after birth of your first or second child is a good option. Needless to say that this is not a contraceptive method that teenagers can try. This is a method for grown up women and that is why, you should ideally consider it only after you have had at least one child.
