Vegetables To Cure Male Infertility
Male infertility is a growing trend among urban youth who tend to be ignorant to some extant and follow stressfully unhealthy lifestyle. Such unhealthy lifestyles tend to add more misery among men when it comes to their fertility. Infertility can be avoided by following a healthy lifestyle and consuming a nutritious diet. Whole grains
By choosing whole grain foods instead of white breads or white rice, it will have a positive effect on your blood sugar and the insulin levels in your body. If your insulin is functioning properly, your hormone levels are more likely to stay well-balanced. This can only help to improve your fertility.

Avocado and almonds
