When a woman goes through a miscarriage it is one of the most painful experiences in her lifetime. Consuming healthy foods which will help your body recover from the loss is the important. Junk food
When you are coping with miscarriage, one of the foods to avoid is that of junk food. During this period, you need to have a lot of protein A and C types of foods. Staying away from junk fried foods is the best.

Soy Products
Though soy is a healthy food which supplies a lot of vitamins and minerals for the body, it is not so when it comes to diet after miscarriage. A woman coping with miscarriage needs a lot of iron since you lose blood. Iron helps make up several components of blood, so it is critical for making more.

Fast food
It is important to eat the right type of foods after you go through a miscarriage. It is said that fast foods like pizza, burgers etc. are commonly known as depression foods. Consuming fast food will only lead to more depression which is not good for your mental health. So, to prevent depression you need to avoid fast foods.

Carbohydrate food
One of the main foods to avoid when coping with miscarriage is all types of carbohydrate foods. The carbohydrate foods contain a lot of unhealthy carbs which is not good for your weak body. You need to generate energy and maintain a good brain and kidney function so therefore, you need to have lean meats which provide the amino acids for your body.

Processed foods
When you are coping with miscarriage, one of the foods to avoid is all types of canned and processed foods. These processed foods have artificial preservatives to keep the food fresh. Consuming these foods might add on to health problems like food poisoning.

Frozen meat
After you have had a miscarriage, you need to keep yourself warm till the time you are certain you are completely fine, physically. Keeping your body warm during this period will help prevent any further diseases which can attack you during this delicate stage.

Coffee
This strong brew of coffee is not good at the time when you are conceiving, during pregnancy, after pregnancy and even if you have a miscarriage. Coffee contains caffeine which is not good for the uterus.
