Do Working Moms Cause Damage To Kids?

According to a new report from The Church of England-affiliated Children's Society and the Archbishop of Canterbury Dr Rowan Williams', more working mothers with infants under the age of one, leave the babies in the care of caretakers to look after their kids.
In comparison to a quarter 25 years ago, about seventy percent of today's mothers of babies ranging from 9-12 months old engage themselves in some paid work mounting to family break-ups, with a third of 16-year-olds now living away from their biological dad, according to the Sun.
The survey also revealed that around 50 per cent of kids belonging to divided families had problems than those from a "nuclear" family and working mothers contributed to broken families.
"Women's new economic independence contributes to this rise," the study said.
The sense of economic independence in women called for parenting classes, psychological support for partners whose marriage showed traits of breaking , and more help with affected kids.
But career oriented moms had a different view for the issue.AGENCIES
"It's nonsense to suggest all mothers should stay home," it said.
"Many work because they have to financially. And far from damaging their families, their salary is what allows them to stay together. This is even more true in a recession," it added. AGENCIES
