According to experts, there are certain foods babies should avoid eating at any cost, especially if they are between 3 and 12 months.The problem with these foods which are listed below is that they are very difficult to digest. Babies have no form of exercise and since they are sleeping all day, they will feel uncomfortable if these foods are consumed by them.

Egg Whites
The white of an egg is not a good option for babies below one year. Egg whites can cause a tummy upset or even eczema.

Peanut Butter
This is one of the foods babies should avoid eating as it is sticky and can cause them to choke easily.

Grapes
One of the foods babies should avoid eating is grapes. Not only is it sour for them and possibly leads to sore throat, it can also cause diarrhoea for infants below the age of 1.

Honey
Honey is sticky in nature and is difficult for babies to swallow. To avoid them getting choked, honey should be avoided for babies.

Cheese
Unpasteurised cheese has a slight food poisoning risk, therefore it is one of the foods babies should avoid eating.

Wheat
One of the foods babies should not eat is anything related to wheat. Wheat has a lot of gluten, therefore making it difficult for the little ones to digest.

Juice
Juice contains acid which is not good for babies as it will a cause tummy trouble with their underdeveloped digestive systems.

Shellfish
One of the food babies should avoid eating is shellfish. They contain high amounts of mercury which is not good for their little bodies. They could also be allergic to shellfish, which might creates problem.

Strawberries
Although strawberries are rich in Vitamin C, it is highly dangerous for your baby to indulge in. It is an acidic food which will play on your baby's tummy, making it difficult for them to digest.

Chocolate
Chocolate contains a lot of caffeine which is not suitable for kids under the age of one to consume.

Nuts
Since babies do not have teeth to chew, it is best for them not to eat anything which contains nuts, as it can lead to them choking.
