How To Make Baby Food Tasty?

If you are finding the 'wholesome' baby food you are trying feed your child bland then why should your baby be any different? It is not like babies have no sense of taste. Their taste buds are as active as ours but for our convenience and their soft stomachs, we feed them tasteless food. 2. The Goodness of Pulses: This is a popular Indian diet for babies, one that we all have grown up on. Boil dal (masoor, moong or tur) which is a kind of pulses eaten in India. Boil it with excess of water and strain out the water after boiling. Now mash soft rice with this dal water and squeeze a lemon into it. The result will be tasty baby food the making of which will tempt even you to have a mouthful. Feed this lukewarm mixture to your baby and they will gulp it up! It is very wholesome baby food full of proteins and nutrients so you can be rest assured about its quality.
3. The Nutrition of Vegetables: Ever heard of this yummy dish called Dalkhichri. It has no oil and spices and thus can be easily feed to your baby. Boil rice and dal (any of the three mentioned above) with lots of vegetables like tomatoes, beans, carrots, beetroot and any other seasonal vegetables. Cook it till it turns into an undifferentiated mass and then add a spoonful of butter and feed the baby.
