What do you use for your baby cloth diaper or disposable diaper for your baby? The disposable diaper have made life more easy for the mother, specially while travelling, or in a social event etc but might be endangering the healthy living of the baby. Here is why cloth diaper are better than disposable diaper -

1.Cloth diaper are better than disposable diaper, as they are made of cotton, are thin, thus, allowing air supply to the area. On the other hand the disposable diaper, though having cotton cloth inside, is fully coverd with a plastic sheet from outside, covering the area completely leaving no space for air supply. This not only makes the diaper uneasy for the child but at the same time lack of air supply may lead to rashes, skin patches etc.

2.The second reason why cloth diaper are better than disposable diaper is because of the fact that cloth diaper do not have any chemicals and the disposable diaper have a chemical ususally the sodium polyacrylate, which when wet comes in touch with the delicate skin of the baby. As these diaper soak the wetness and thus not changed for a long time, the chemical can affect the skin more intensely.

3.The longer the disposable diaper is worn on by the baby the more chances of bacterial infection happening in that place. Heat and wetness along with the infussed chemical is the perfect place for bacterias to breed. This problem is completely avoided with the cloth diaper. Cloth diaper are changed as soon as they are wet, thus, avoiding all the problems.

4.Another major reason why cloth diaper and better than disposable diaper is because they are ore comfortable. The bulky disposable diaper make it uncomfortable for the baby and while walking with it, babies tend to bend. This might affect the babies posture from a very early age.

Thus, though it might be a problem changing the nappies in regular intervals with all the household work, try preffering cloth diaper over disposable diaper, for the wellbeing of your child.
