Child care is the most important , for it has to be you to train your child to become into the best human being possible. You have to pay attention to your child's needs and see to it that your child is given all the comforts if you can afford it.

- When you start off with a your job, you will surely not be in a mood for office, since your child is at a day care centre being looked after by a nanny. You have to first and foremost trust the person who is looking after your baby and it will go on well, for you will gain confidence that your child is well looked after till you return to pick him or her up.
- When you leave your child at a day care centre, emotional conflicts do arise.; So in order to set aside these conflicts you have to provide all the essential things to your child in the absence of you. this helps to relieve the insecurity tension that you have for your child in the absence of you.
- When you come home after a hard days work, don't bring the office tension home to your little ones. This can get in between of the relationship that you both share. Don't mix work and your personal life, that the most important thing that you should always keep in mind.
- Play with your child when your home no matter how tired you are. This quality time that you spend with them will only assure the child that your there for them always and not just looked after by nannies or other care takers. Create a bond with your child to make him or her feel happy and comfortable with you.
- Breast Feeding is important for new new babies, so if they lack mother milk when you are office, it will cause an effect in their health. So make sure that you buy a breast feeding pump and pump the milk into the feeder and hand it over to the care taker of the child so that they can give it to your baby when he or she feels hungry and in turn they will not lack the nutrients thus keeping them healthy while you are away.
- Always remember to hand over important numbers to your care taker in case of any kind of emergency and help. Make sure to also inform the care taker as to how long you would be gone for the day as it could be of really great help when it comes to your child asking questions to your whereabouts.
Most importantly , never be too busy to spend time with your child, for they will look forward to seeing you at the end of the day and I am sure its likewise.
A child is like a seed, you have to nurture it into a beautiful flower so make sure that your presence is felt.
