About the Proprietor:

Born in Rouen, Laurence Dolige is a descendant of a lineage of fashion makers, rebellious annuitant of the Legion of Honour. She achieved a runaway success at the early age of twenty at "LeÇon de Mode" boutique, selling her collections under the same name. A decade later, in 1997, she creates the explicit label "Madame a Paris" with very meager means and top-of-the-line choice, acting as a gateway for women with an eye for style, who follow the latest trends in fashion and are particular about the fit and finish of the outfit as they are about its color and fabric. And so she opened her first boutique in Marais in Paris in 2005 and now is all set to enter the Indian market partnered with her dear fiend, Catherine Barbier. Having lived in Delhi for the last five years, this French talent, Catherine, is currently working here as a fashion consultant and developer (buying agent) for high- end fashion brands in Europe. And now heading management and business expansion, she is entering the high fashion retail market with "Madame a Paris" in India.
