What Is The Price Of Republic Day Parade Tickets?

Based on the seating structure, the Republic Day parade tickets are priced between Rs 500 (Reserved, Front Row tickets), Rs 200 (Unreserved, Middle row tickets), and Rs 20 (Unreserved, back seat tickets with limited views). The booking has already opened from 10 January. Children below the age of 5 enjoy the privilege of free attendance, so ensure you bring your little patriots along for this memorable experience.

How To Purchase Your Parade Tickets Online

Step 1. To book tickets online, you can go to the Ministry of Defence's official web portal at: www.aamantran.mod.gov.in.
Step 2. You can log in or create a new account.
Step 3. Then you need to fill in the personal details such as name, DOB, mobile number, etc.
Step 4. You will get an OTP on your registered mobile number, which you can use to authenticate your account.
Step 5. You need to choose the 'Republic Day Parade' option from a list of options like FDR (full dress rehearsal), Republic Day Parade, and Beating The Retreat.
Step 6. You need to provide attendee information by filling in identity proof using government-issued identity cards like- PAN card, Aadhaar card, etc.
Step 7. You can complete the purchase by making an online payment.

How To Purchase Your Parade Tickets Offline

1. You can buy Republic Day tickets from the Delhi Tourism Development Corporation (DTDC) counters, India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) Travel counters, and Departmental Sale counters within Delhi.

2. You can also buy tickets from booths at Sena Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, Jantar Mantar, Shastri Bhawan, the Parliament House Reception Office (which remains closed on weekends and Holidays), and the Government of India Tourist Office at Janpath. However, it remains closed on Sundays.

3. To buy tickets, you need to fill out a form with your details and present an identity card, and give a photocopy of the ID card. So make sure you carry it with you.

For those who cannot make it to the parade grounds, the spectacle of the Republic Day parade is broadcast live on the Doordarshan channel. You can also stream it online on the Doordarshan Official YouTube Channel or the Press Information Bureau (PIB) website.
