Why Wet Dreams Occur?
What are wet dreams? Well, ejaculating in your sleep without even knowing it is known as a wet dream. The other name for the same phenomena is nocturnal emissions.

In men, sometimes ejaculation may occur even without an erection. Generally, after waking up, looking at the wet marks on the bed sheet, we generally come to know that a wet dream occurred.

In some cases, people generally wake up in the midnight due to the wetness in the sheets after a wet dream. Is such a phenomenon abnormal; is it unhealthy? Well, it is normal. Do women experience such occurrences? Yes, even women do experience them in rare cases.

Wet dreams occur in some people and may not occur in some. Health experts say that they are normal and people don't need to panic when they occur.

During puberty, when the body starts producing reproductive hormones, when the fluid builds up, it gets released during dreams.
