Dear Indians, we are proud aren't we? There are a lot of crazy things Indians do when we get over excited. Some of them are stupid and some simply heart wrenching. In India, one would come across massive rates of verbal abuse cases, sexual crimes, selling of organs, practicing stupid customs and more.

Here are some stories and cases which have happened only in India over the past few months. If you take a look at these reports you won't feel proud any more. However, there are some situations where in which Indians really know the art of making sense, for example: using soil to light a stove to cook food which is much healthier than using oil or kerosene.

Not long ago there was a case in Kolkata where a driver of a popular cab was found masturbating in the presence of a female passenger. The driver was arrested for this act. This in one of the crazy things Indians have done.

The gruesome crimes in India are alarming. For example: The recent findings in Delhi of a rape-murder case with hints of necrophilia have shocked the nation and worldwide.

When it comes to misbehabving with fellow citizens there are a number of stories. A recent example was of a reputed cab company driver verbally and physically assaulting senior citizens while still seated in the car.

Cooking With Soil

A village called Lakshmipura is situated in Anekal, which is 25 km south of Bengaluru practice the art of cooking on a stove with soil. Though it seems crazy and impossible, it is believed that the soil in this area is flammable and can be used to cook food. Crazy right?
