Consisting of a mostly round hollow puri, which is fried in oil for a crispy after effect, it is filled with a mixture of aaloo (potato), pyaaz (onion) and a spicy-tangy flavoured water. The taste it produces arouses every taste bud in the mouth. Its aftereffect, though shortlived, is like heaven with a twist while it lasts. There are some signs that you love pani puri.
