Be positive! Don’t they always say that to you? Yes, it is time for some optimism that will help you acknowledge rejection as part of life. There is nothing wrong with rejection. In fact, it gives out a whole new avenue to grow and venture into.

Accept Yourself
You should be comfortable in your own skin. Yes, it is very important given that you need to accept the rejection you just faced. Make sure you accept how you are and how you react. It is also important to accept the weaknesses you have. This will help you accept your bare self and give you the strength to accept rejections.
