The word dictator associates itself with a lot of adjectives with history showcasing dictatorship as a deadly propensity. The world has numerous dictators who've portrayed varied levels of unscrupulousness, ineptitude and disgust. While certain cases have seen dictatorship epitomizing considerable levels of kindness and empathy, the number of such cases is disappointingly negligible. This merciless dictator from Uganda rose to power in 1971. The country has been subjected to innumerable coups and counter coups. During his rule, an unbelievable 500,000 people were put to death through extra-judicial killings. Rape was used as a common weapon to intimidate detractors and dissidents.
