story

Plato.
According

story,

found

a
shepherd
named
Gyges.
Gyges
found

in

cave,

finger

corpse
which

human.
On
wearing
the
ring
he
found
that
he
could
become
invisible
by
adjusting
it.
So,
he
went
to
the
kingdom,
wooed
the
wife
of
the
king,
killed
the
king
and
then
took
over
his
kingdom.

It
is
believed
to
be
an
ancient
magic
book
used
by
the
Egyptian
God
of
wisdom.
The
Book
Of
Thot
was
said
to
contain
two
spells.
One
spell
was
to
understand
the
animals
and
the
other
was
to
understand
the
minds
of
Gods.
According
to
a
story,
a
prince
of
Egypt
found

book
after
much
hassles.
But
soon
his
family
was
killed
and

committed
suicide
as
a
punishment
for

book.

According

Greek
legend,
the
helmet
of
invisibility
was
owned
by
Perseus.
He
wore
this
helmet
in
his
quest
to
slay
Medusa
who
could
win
over
enemies
by
her
petrifying
gaze.
The
helmet

invisibility
protected
Perseus
from
her
gaze
and
he
was
thus
able
to
win
over
her.
