  • You have to take the drinks in accordance with your weight and health.6 drinks in an 80kg person and 3-5 drinks in a 60kg person will definitely result in hangover.
  • It is scientifically proved that men can hold more alcohol than women. So, women, do not compete men, even if you are of the same height and weight.
  • Do not mix different types of drinks.
  • You must not take alcohol in empty stomach. An empty stomach will stimulate the absorption of alcohol in the blood stream.
  • Do not drink while using sauna. Sauna and alcohol do not blend together and will lead to serious health crisis.
