15-20
minutes.

dough

balls
and
roll
each
ball
into

small
disc
using

rolling
pin
and
some
dry
flour.

tawa
or
skillet
over
medium
heat
and
place
a
rolled
disc
of
dough
on
it.
5.
Cook
the
paratha
for
about
a
minute
on
one
side,
then
flip
it
over
and
cook
for
another
minute.
6.
Spread
some
ghee
or
oil
over
the
paratha
and
cook
until
both
sides
are
golden
brown
and
crisp.
7.
Repeat
the
process
with
the
remaining
dough
balls
to
make
more
parathas.
