Election Commission has announced the date of the much awaited 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Scheduled to unfold in seven phases starting from April 19, these elections mark a significant event in India's democratic process.
The Lok Sabha elections will begin from 19 April 2024, the Election Commission announced today in a press conference at 3 pm- Phase 1 on April 19, Phase 2 on April 26, Phase 3 on May 7, Phase 4 on May 13, Phase 5 on May 20, Phase 6 on May 25, and Phase 7 on June 1.
