Amazon India Couture Week 2015: Sabyasachi's Bater Couture 2015

Fashion designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee has collaborated with renowned footwear designer Christian Louboutin to open the Amazon India Couture Week 2015 and we are happy to say that Day 1 of this awaited fashion show has been such a bliss.

The models walked the ramp wearing some of the best collection ever created by the 41-year-old designer, Sabyasachi. More over, it was the red-lacquered Louboutin shoes on the ramp that has made this night spectacular.

Sabysachi's collection - The Bater Couture 2015 seeks a whole new range of out of the box designs. Every piece of clothing on these models are fabulous and glittery. The bold colours and the detailing on the outfits opened our eyes to the latest booming fashion.

The Bater Couture 2015 by Sabyasachi is all about being gothic, untamed, a touch of carcass,bold, aggressive, desolate, haunted, cruel and much more. Looking at the models wearing the collection all we can say is this is a fine piece of work created by designer Sabyasachi at the AICW 2015. Take a look at this stunning collection on the ramp.

A Haunting Experience

It seemed like a haunted setting on day 1 at the Amazon India Couture Week 2015.

Backless & Ruffles

Ooooo... the ramp at AICW 2015 was loud with appealing clothes. Sabyasachi introduced to us ruffles, sequin jackets and of course backless patterns.

Scaly Patterns

The couture was amazing to look at. The multi-coloured scales on the garment were mind-blowing.

Sequined Sheer Capes

The ramp on day 1 at AICW 2015 was filled with sheer fabrics and encrusted detailing. We have fallen in love with this gothic look.

Spiked Accessories

To add to the beauty of the collection, spiked accessories were used in abundance on the dark ramp.

Red Hot

Dress to kill in something red!!! Models were seen wearing different shades of red on the ramp. The maroon accessory was perfect to go with the gold detailing on the suit.

Red Handsome Hunks

Sabyasachi men too have a say when it comes to fashion. These hunks were buttoned up in bhandgala's paired up with a matching sobre shawl.

Purity At Its Best

White Nehru suits were seen on the ramp too on day 1 at Sabyasachi's Bater collection. The creamish coloured coats went perfect with the white pyjamas.

One Shoulder Only

One shoulder gowns were in number on the ramp. The peplum tops and the heavy berry makeup just added to the bliss of the night.

Red Lehenga

This red lehenga was the most fascinating one we saw right through the show. It had encarved red motiff and decked with sheer too at the bosom.

Plunging Necklines

We got to see a handful of attires with plunging necklines. This full sleeved shimmering gown featured a simple pattern, but a very appealing one!

Bikini Cholis & Lehengas

Bikini cholis and studded lehengas are a hit this season on the ramp. Sabyasachi's dark collection was indeed very sexy with a lot of blacks highlighted with bright sequins.

Ruffled Shoulders

Heavy and intricate work done on each of the outfits by Sabyasachi. The Bater collection was overflowing with motifs, gold detailing and of course a sheer neckline.

The New Saree Style

Sarees are a must in every Sabyasachi collection. On day 1 atAmazon India Couture Week 2015, this was the best looking saree. It featured a sheer pallu, floral sequinned borders and a heavy sequin silver and blue choli.

Starry Jackets

The Sabysachi models wore tons of brocade jackets. The peplum short top, parallel sleek pants and a jacket to go is the perfect combination for a night out.

Brocade Sarees

Brocade fabrics were in abundance. This pastel shade saree featured a heavy choli with a decent round neckline, a train like pallu made entirely out of net and the saree skirt featuring intricate floral patterns.

See Through Polkas

See through attires are a must have for most Bollywood beauties. This lace sleek pant was paired up with a polka pattern kaftan with bubble long sleeves and a sheer scarf.
