Celebrities At Ganesh Chaturthi: Style File
Ganesh Chaturthi is the main festival celebrated in Mumbai. And as Mumbai is home to Bollywood, the glitterati can hardly remain untouched by the festivities. Many celebrities in tinseltown were at Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations this week. Some of them even had Ganesha at their place for five days. Celebrities were also spotted at Ganapati visarjan in their traditional best.
So as the Bollywood celebrities enjoy Ganesh Chaturthi, the fashion police is ever present to check their style quotient. After all, they can never afford to be shabbily dressed even if it is festival time. That is why; we were watching the celebrities at Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations closely to keep an eye on their fashion choices.

Most celebrities were dressed in traditional clothing during the festivities. While some chose to get decked up for the occasion, some celebrities kept it simple on this sacred ceremony. Sonam Kapoor was seen in Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla outfit for Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. Shilpa Shetty wore an orange bandhini saree for the visarjan.

Sonam Kapoor In Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla
Sonam Kapoor was dressed in a pale yellow anarkali with mirror-work and sequins. This outfit was from designer duo Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. Sonam pulled her hair back into a bun and adorned it with white flowers.

Neil Nitin Mukesh
Neil Nitin Mukesh was dressed in a white kurta and pathani salwar. He carried a purple bandini drape with his white kurta. He also accessorised his traditional outfit with a thick gold chain.

Shraddha Kapoor
Shraddha Kapoor glowed with natural beauty in this pale green kurta and white polka dotted salwar. She also carried a white drape with the same print with her outfit.

Vivek Oberoi
Vivek Oberoi was dressed in a lime green kurta and white salwar during the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. His new moustache and beard added weight to his look in aviator shades.

Ameesha Patel
Ameesha Patel wore a simple yellow and pink salwar kameez. She wore this full-sleeved kurta with a pale pink salwar. She draped the dupatta over her head. She also carried a silver clutch with her.

Shilpa Shetty
Shilpa Shetty was dressed in an orange bandini saree for Ganapati visarjan. She teamed up the chiffon saree with a slim strap sleeveless blouse. She wore two layers of pearls with this saree and also wore a thin diamond mangalsutra. She sported Punjabi churas to make her look more traditional.

Hrithik Roshan
Hrithik Roshan looked casually smart in a rugged brown cotton t-shirt that was teamed up with khaki sweatpants. He wore a dark brown cap to finish off the look.

Sonali Bendre
Sonali Bendre was dressed in a traditional Marathi paithani saree. This electric blue silk saree had red and gold zari border. Sonali Bendre accessorised her look with gold jewellery and a typical half moon bindi.
