Nicole Kidman's Cannes 2013 Style Diary
Nicole Kidman was one the first celebrities to arrive at Cannes 2013 ahead of the opening. And why not, she is one of the honorary members of the jury at the Cannes Film Festival this year. From the first day itself, Nicole Kidman's Cannes style has been spot on. So far, we have not seen Nicole put a single foot fashionably wrong. As they say morning shows the day. Nicole has charmed us with her look from start to finish at the Cannes red carpet this year.
At first, Nicole was seen a shimmering black dress just before the Cannes Film Festival opened on the 15th of May, 2013. This shimmer black shift dress was worn with strapped high heel pumps. Nicole choose to leave her hair open with this outfit. As we all know, Nicole Kidman is the new face of Jimmy Choo. So we expect Nicole Kidman's Cannes footwear collection to be filled with Jimmy Choo custom made creations. She started the Cannes Film Festival 2013 with a glamorous bang.
Nicole Kidman's second appearance was at the premiere of The Great Gatsby and the opening ceremony of Cannes 2013. She looked demure in a Christian Dior haute couture dress. This strapless white dress had perforated floral prints on it. There are dominant orange tint to this dress. So, Nicole Kidman teamed up this dress with pointed bright orange high heel pumps. Nicole had a stylish Mohican ponytail to go with her ultra-chic ensemble.
The next time, we saw Nicole Kidman as the Cannes jury photocall. She looked absolutely ravishing in a black Alexander McQueen dress. This dress had a wide and patterned neckline and cuff like frills on its sleeves. Nicole Kidman's hairstyle with this dress was highly appreciated. She tied her hair into a bun using a black ribbon.
Besides these official appearances, Nicole Kidman attended the Cannes Calvin Klein party too. She looked sizzling in a black leather dress from Calvin Klein and paired it with black patent Jimmy Choo shoes. She wore some fabulous jewellery from Fred Leighton too.
So far, Nicole Kidman's Cannes 2013 journey has been flawless. Lets hope she continues the good show in the days to come.
