Judi Dench In Abu Sandeep Outfit: London Film Festival

Dame Judi Dench who is known for her role in Bond movies as M is a true fan of Indian fashion designer, Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla. The First Lady of British Cinema chose to wear Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla as her much-acclaimed movie Philomena was screened at the 57th BFI London Film Festival recently.

The BAFTA winning-actress looked amazing in London's Leicester Square. Judi Dench wore a black and golden embroidered kaftan with black trousers at the London Film Festival. The outfit is inspired by India's legendary Agra carpets. It consists of a black sheath which is worn with a kali coat featuring beige and gold silk thread (resham) embroidery.

This is not the first time we spotted the 78-year-old Judi Dench in Abu Sandeep creation. Last time we saw Judi Dench in Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla was in a white heavily chikan embroidered gown at Venice Film Festival. Even there Judi was promoting her film Philomena which is written by Steve Coogan and directed by Stephen Frears. In 2012, Judi wore an Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla designed chikankari embroidered gown with cigarette pants and overcoat at the BAFTA Awards red carpet.

After the black Abu Sandeep gown at London Film Festival's red carpet, Judi was seen with daughter Finty Williams. Judi along with her family was at a fundraising gala dinner at Shakespeare's Globe theater in London. Judi Dench wore a black top with simple black trousers. However, the silver velvet jacket looked classy on the 78-year-old British actress.

Judi, the Academy Award winner has acted in many William Shakespeare's plays. Dame Judi Dench got an Oliver Award for her role in Macbeth.

All in all, Judi Dench looked lovely in this Indian designer wear at the London Film Festival.
