Suicide news seems to keep coming up these days. After the sad news of Bollywood actress Jiah Khan's suicide, the King of Pop, Michael Jackson's daughter, Paris Jackson is the teen celeb who has attempted suicide. The daughter of late pop star is just 15-years-old and was rushed to hospital last night as she tried to commit suicide. According to sources, the teen cut her wrist with a meat cleaver and took about 20 ibuprofen tablets to commit suicide. She even left a suicide note.

But, her mother Debbie Rowe has said that, Paris is physically fine and is getting appropriate medical attention. Suicide attempts are very common among celebrities and their kids. It is not just Paris Jackson or Jiah Khan, but many other celebrities have attempted suicide. While few succeeded and lost their lives, most of the celebrities have managed to get over this mental trauma and are doing good now. Eminem, Drew Barrymore are few classic examples. These celebrities had attempted suicide over depression and other personal issues. However, after getting rescued, they have been given medical treatment and are showing their talent and skills to the world!

Ozzy Osbourne, the 64-year-old God Father of heavy metal also attempted suicide a several number of times. The heavy metal vocalist and songwriter suffered from maniac depression and tried to commit suicide. He even tried to kill his wife as he was inspired by his own song, Suicide Solution. But, he later realised that this is going to affect his children and put them in trouble later. So, Ozzy quit his addiction to alcohol and drugs and is now a family man.

Britney Spears

The troubled pop star who ruled for more than a decade attempted suicide two times. Her suicidal tendencies started to develop after the birth of her second son, Jayden James. Failed marriage and depression were common reasons behind it.

Halle Berry

The strong and bold actress is one of the celebrities who attempted suicide. After the end of her marriage, Halle tried to commit suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning, but was treated after being rescued.

Brigitte Bardot

She is 78-years-old now, but the former French actress and model had committed suicide a number of times. First as a teenager and then at the age of 26, Brigitte downed a bottle of sleeping pills and cut her wrist.

Drew Barrymore

Drew suffered with biopolar disorder and at the age of 14, the drug and alcohol addict tried to commit suicide. She was treated and was pulled out of depression, Drew is doing great!

Owen Wilson

In 2007, the actor was found bloodied as he gulped down pills and cut his wrist after having a bitter blowup with a close pal. Owen underwent treatment as he was going through depression.

The legend British pop star is one of the celebrities who attempted suicide over lost love and sexuality. He was engaged to Linda Woodrow but couldn't admit his gay sexuality. This frustrated him and Elton tried to commit suicide.

Princess Diana

One of the most beautiful women in the world also tried to commit suicide. Diana suffered from Bulimia Nervosa and attempted suicide 5 times!

Clark Gable

The epitome of male beauty and handsome hero of Hollywood tried to commit suicide after the death of his wife Carol Lombard. He went under depression and tried to end his life by riding a high-speed motorbike. He was unsuccessful and later remarried.
