Karnataka Election Result 2023 Live Updates: When And Where To Watch Karnataka Assembly Poll Results
On 10 May, after several high-voltage campaigns, Legislative Assembly elections were held in Karnataka to elect all 224 members of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly. With 2,615 candidates participating, voters of Karnataka chose to elect their representatives and the next government that will rule in the state. And, all eyes are fixed on 13 May because the results will be declared.
Voting for the Karnataka Assembly elections this year was held on 10 May 2023. Voters took part in large numbers in the polling which took place from 8 am to 6 pm. Now the counting of votes will start in a few hours, know when and where to see the election results of Karnataka and all the latest updates related to it.

Election Commission officials open strong rooms where EVMs and VVPAT machines are kept. The EVMs and VVPAT machines will be brought to the counting tables in all 34 counting centres. Postal ballot will be counted first before computing votes in EVMs, mentions a report by ANI.
The Congress and the BJP are neck-and-neck in early trends for the first 100 seats as the counting begins for the Karnataka Assembly Elections.
'Today is a big day for Karnataka as the people's verdict for the state will be out. I am confident that BJP will win with absolute majority and give a stable government, said Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai in Hubballi.
Karnataka Assembly Election Results 2023 Date, Time
Karnataka election results are coming on 13 May. The counting of votes will start at 8 am itself. Within a few hours, the trends will start coming in and by afternoon the situation in many constituencies will be clear. By evening, the final results of all 224 constituencies will come.

How
Is
The
Voter
Turnout?
According
to
a
report,
the
state
has
a
total
of
5,31,33,054
eligible
voters
who
can
cast
their
votes
at
58,545
polling
stations
across
the
state.
Among
the
voters
-
2,67,28,053
are
male,
2,64,00,074
female
and
4,927
others.
At the end of 10 May, Provisional polling percentages showed BBMP (Central) at 55.45 percent, BBMP (North) at 52.88 percent, BBMP (South) at 52.8 percent, and Bengaluru Urban at 56.98 percent. This is despite the fact that Karnataka recorded its best-ever polling percentage at 72.81 percent, beating 2018's turnout of 72.13 percent.
During the 2013 and 2018 assembly polls, the voter turnout in Bengaluru stood at 62 percent and 57 percent, respectively. Bengaluru's turnout was 54.1 percent in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, which was lower than the 56 percent recorded in 2014.
According to the Election Commission, record voting has been registered this year. Till 6 pm, 72 per cent of polling was recorded across the state. Exit polls of different agencies and news channels have pointed towards a triangular contest.
