Brandon's Skincare Secrets

Brandon attributes his fresh-faced appearance to avoiding alcohol and sun exposure while maintaining a positive mindset. He believes not overdoing exercise also plays a role. "I attribute not drinking to my youthful appearance. Really embodying the feeling of youth. I think it has helped. I think and see myself as young," he said.

He explained that he avoids wild nights out and stays out of the sun, wearing hoodies and using physical coverings on his hands to block sunlight. This commitment started when he was just 13 years old, realising early on the importance of skincare and a healthy lifestyle.

Role Of Diet In Youthful Appearance

Brandon's diet overhaul began at 15 when he incorporated more plant-based foods and green tea into his daily routine. By 19, he ditched sugars, grains, and carbohydrates in favour of low-mercury fish and organic food without excessive gym workouts.

"At 13 I was already starting to become aware of longevity and anti-aging. I was really into nutrition at that stage and keeping my body young," Brandon explained. He keeps his exercise moderate with activities like walking, yoga, and some strength training.

Investing Time In Mental Wellbeing

Brandon believes that wanting to feel good and investing time into his wellbeing has been crucial. "Feeling young is part of looking young. Living forever isn't a priority. It's about maintaining my health," he said.

Despite what people might think, Brandon insists his lifestyle isn't exhausting. He enjoys treats like chocolate daily, saying, "I eat chocolate every single day. I have 92 per cent to 100 per cent cacao. It's super bitter." He's flexible too; if dining out, he'll enjoy bread with olive oil.

Brandon feels better now than he did ten years ago both physically and emotionally. "I think the body follows the mind," he added confidently.
