On the occasion of the Lunar Eclipse, Acharya Satyendra Das, Chief Priest of the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, announced, “The ‘sutak’ period will begin at 4:04 PM, during which all temples will remain closed and religious activities will be suspended. The eclipse itself will start at 1:04 AM tonight and conclude at 1:44 AM.”
