The CBSE Board will release the merit certificate to 0.1% of students of Class 10th who have scored the highest marks in the subjects. The board will supply the printed marksheets cum passing certificates of the students through their respective schools.
This year CBSE has decided not to publish a merit list of class 10 and 12 students as it promotes unhealthy competition among students. It will also not award first, second and third divisions.
