Christina Aguilera Divorce, A Deal ?

Singer Christina Aguilera, who had announced her separation with husband music director Jordan Bratman in October has finally ended by filing her final divorce papers on Wednesday. The couple reportedly have agreed to share custody of their three-yr-old son Max under specific terms of their care agreement. After almost five years of marriage Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman have planned for a separation and according to TMZ, the couple have divided their assets as per their prenuptial agreement, but Bratman is said to receive "extra" from the "Dirrty singer".

Details of the Divorce settlement have not been publicised, but TMZ claims Christina Aguilera will keep their California mansion while Bratman has already moved out of the property earlier this week. Christina Aguilera had recently spoke about how she felt about the whole process of ending her relationship with the music executive.

“Things were so unhealthy and unhappy for both Jordan and me, I knew I had to end it. I really didn"t want to hurt Jordan, and I felt torn about splitting our family up," she said.

The divorce will officially be over in April precisely on April 15th.

Christina Aguilera has since moved on and is currently dating Matthew Rutler. The production assistant and aguilera had met on the sets of Burlesque.
