Danette Meyers, the prosecutor from the LA County District Attorney's office said that Lindsay Lohan, the famous American actress will be released from her rehab, UCLA Medical Centre, without completing the 90 days of rehab program.

Shawn Chapman Holley, Lohan's lawyer, said, “the actress is doing well in her rehab program and is eager to return to work."

"My understanding from conversations with Shawn Chapman Holley is that Miss Lohan could be released early from the treatment facility," Meyers said.

In the jail too she served only 14 days instead of 90 days, for violating a probation that is related to a 2007 Driving Under The Influence of alcohol (DUI) case.

"Ms. Lohan looks very good. She looks healthy. My client is looking forward to returning to work on her many creative endeavours upon her release from the treatment facility," Chapman added.

The deputy district attorney said that even after her release, she will have to continue with the follow – up treatment.
