Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband would be cursing himself for wanting to use their home videos, in his movie on their life. Ojani Nao, Jennifer's ex, is filing for bankruptcy, claiming that the legal battle over the couple"s private home videos has left him broke and depressed.

Lopez has filed a 10 million dollar suit against Noa,in November and received court orders to prevent him from using the home videos, including footage from their bankrupt, celebrities, honeymoon, jennifer lopez.

Ojani Nao says, “The lawsuit put me through so much pain and frustration. I"m losing everything," he stated.

Noa hoped that, by declaring bankruptcy, he could sell off the tapes, along with his car and personal belongings, to raise money to pay off the law suit. But to his distress, Lopez's Lawyer, John Lavely has ordered that the tapes can"t be sold.

“Both the preliminary injunction and the permanent injunction are still in full force and effect. Offering for sale or selling the videotape would constitute a willful violation," he confirmed.

Noa was ordered to pay Lopez 545,000 dollars for trying to publish a tell-all book, claiming it violated a confidentiality agreement the couple had previously reached.

Noa confesses that the litigation has killed his acting and modeling career. “I can"t go to work because anytime I go to a casting, people are afraid to hire me because of the judgment on my head. [They are] skeptical [because] of what I"m going through," said Nao.
