Here is British Formula One ace Lewis Hamilton who has presented his father Anthony 155,000 pounds Mercedes sports car on the 50th birthday.

Hamilton chose to splash out on the CL65 car, which runs the highest speed of 155mph

“I wanted to give him something special. We spoke recently and have exchanged texts. He"s OK and is coming to terms with things." News of The World quoted Hamilton, as saying.

Both father and son had separated when Hamilton had freed his father as long-time manager of his managerial duties days before the start of the F1 season.

Hamilton delightedly said,"We have been in contact recently. He"s coming to terms with it. He"s said he supports me. That"s all I"ve always wanted from my dad."
They are in good terms and Anthony had not skipped off from his son's single race. Anthony, never stop to pour out his love and concern for his son's career since he was eight years old, and was an instrumental figure in guiding the 25-year-old into F1 and the 2008 title.
