A friend in need is a friend indeed. This proverb seems to go well with Brit actor and ex-footballer Vinnie Jones. He has recently revealed that he keeps his alcohol intake under control by following his director pal Guy Ritchie's Kabbalah teachings.

Vinnie Jones' excessive drinking has put him in trouble at many times. He had even got arrested in 2003 for a drunken attack on an airplane. He was also sentenced to 80 hours community service for the air rage incident.

Guy Ritchie came to scene at this time. Ritchie advised Jones that everyone has a devil on his or her shoulder, and it's like a dog, and you've got to keep the dog in the kennel. If the dog comes out and tells you you've got to have another drink, you've got to keep it in the kennel. So as long as you can do that, you're okay.

Even though Vinnie Jones not a big Kabbalah follower, Ritchie's teachings really aided Jones. Thanks to Ritchie, he can now control his behaviour when he's under the influence. Vinnie Jones admits that he still drinks occasionally.
