Michelle Obama's Label At The Inauguration
The presidential Inauguration was a historic moment, no doubt, but who wore what was the one of the prime focus of the event. While much is speculated about the attire adorned by the celebrities, it is also the moment of limelight for the designers who create the outfits.

Reportedly the US first Lady is a big fan of J.Crew. For the Inauguration today, Mrs. Obama chose to wear her favorite label. She carried her yellow Isabel Toledo sheath with cashmere-lined green leather gloves from J.Crew, the daughters, Malia and Sasha were also style 'icons' themselves with the same label as mommy.

As it appears the Obamas are not price or labels oriented at all, however the creations adorned by the Obama girls are one of a kind custom made, with the exception of Michelle's gloves that were off the racks. J.Crew spokeswoman Margot Fooshee says that some of their pieces including the overcoats worn by the Obamas will be included in their fall assortment for 2009.

This is not the first 'J Crew moment' for Michelle Obama, previously at the 'Tonight Show' she declared to Jay Leno about some great J Crew pieces found on line. The statement predictably soared the sales of the label, as women rushed to grab the latest J Crew creations on line.

"Michelle has such an innate style," Fooshee said. "I think she dresses the way a lot of women dress, and that's high quality without insulting prices. She can wear J.Crew in a way that looks extremely designer, high-end."

The new US First Lady surly is the woman of substance, as her taste is all about sensible style with comfort. AGENCIES
