Aussie pop princess Kylie Minogue and her model boyfriend Andres Velencoso are planning to set into a beachside villa in Spain. They are about to sign the contract after the final negotiations for a property in the medieval village on the Costa Brava.

Andres Velencoso had grown up at this beachside. Minogue found the trip to Spain worthwhile, as it helped her in finding her inner peace.

The couple's friends have revealed that the two are not officially engaged, though they have discussed plans for the future and made a promise to marry, with both buying each other matching friendship "commitment" rings.
